Free Shipping, Exchanges and returns

North Dallas Fur provides convenient options for our U.S. and APO/FPO customers by offering free shipping via standard ground shipping to all 50 states. We welcome our international customers for shopping with North Dallas Furs. Depending on the order and destination, various additional shipping fees and payment requirements are applied. With every order, customers will receive a Return & Exchange Form containing instructions on how to return the items. Return ground shipping is free for U.S. orders via either FedEx or UPS. Additionally, for a quicker process, customer can return the order in-person at any of our stores.

Shipping Rates

North Dallas Furs ships orders free via standard ground shipping to all 50 states and shipping, as noted on their product page. Orders of in-stock items received before 2:00 p.m. Central Time will typically ship out that same day. Please allow 3 to 7 days for delivery on U.S. Standard Ground orders. For expedited shipping or deliveries to U.S. Territories and international locations, please refer to the shipping rate chart below.

Please note that 3-Day, 2-Day, and Next Day refer to the shipper's service level from the time the order is shipped, and refers to business days only (no Saturday, Sunday, or holiday delivery on express shipping).

For example:

  1. An order of in-stock product placed after 2:00 p.m. with 2-Day service will ship the following business day and arrive 2 business days after that (i.e., 3 business days after placing the order).
  2. An order of in-stock product placed prior to 2:00 p.m. with 2-Day service will ship that same day and arrive 2 business days later.

All shipping times are subject to weather delays; NDF is not responsible for delayed deliveries due to weather.

California Fur Ban

As of 1/1/23, the state of California has banned the sale or shipment of products containing most types of fur, and these cannot be sold or shipped to California addresses. Leather, wool, and sheepskin are exempt and can be sold or shipped to California with no issues.

Returns

Return ground shipping is free for U.S. orders within the 50 states via either FedEx or UPS. Outbound express charges, international shipping charges from the initial order are not refunded on returns or exchanges. For more information call our customer service team 7 days a week at 907-239-3877


U.S. Sales Tax

NDF charges sales taxes on orders as required. The amount of tax charged is based on current tax rates in effect and these rates are subject to change at any time. Shipping charges, if applicable, may also be subject to sales tax in certain states.


International Orders

We are very delighted to welcome our international customers for shopping with North Dallas Furs. Depending on the order and destination, various additional shipping fees and payment requirements are applied.

NDF is not responsible for any of these charges. If an international package is refused or abandoned for any reason, NDF does not refund the merchandise or shipping charges. NDF does not pay return shipping on refunds or exchanges (and the latter will incur another set of outbound shipping charges), nor are initial outbound order shipping charges or surcharges refunded. For most countries in the European Union as well as Australia, New Zealand, and Japan, the following additional payment requirements and options apply.
